Today’s episode is a something different, I ended up having no guest for today and like a good apprentice of hustle I started brainstorming ideas and possibilities. All the previous ideas flopped and I refused to give up and not post an episode today soooo… I made a selection of some of the best interviews, they are all awesome, these just happened to make sense and if you listen to the episode you will see the silver lining connecting them and by the end of it you’ll be pumped and excited to go after whatever it is you are chasing this year.
This episode is the perfect example of how much it matters to choose the people around you, how important the influence of your circle, no matter how close it is, everyone who inspires you is pushing you closer to your goals. How could I give up when just last week I was interviewing Kirsty Hendey who participated in the TV show SAS - Who dares wins and reminded all of us that there’s aways 10% more fuel in the tank?
Thank you Kirsty Hendey, Jeane Marie, Derek Rydall, Alex Merry, Chad Richardson, Chris Howard, Hayley Herms, Jess Shepherd and Doddz, it was a pleasure to have you!
There’s always 10% more fuel in the tank. When you feel like you want to give up you need to remember that there’s always 10% more. That is the key to overcoming certain obstacles in life.
Time is money. It’s very important to be around motivated hustlers, you learn a lot and improve. I’ve learned how to monetise, how to capitalise, how to take nothing and make money out of it.
We don’t want to attract something to us, we want to embody what we already are. Then there’s a lot less struggle and stress and other negative implications of the law of attraction.
The better people can get at saying what they really think to the people that need to hear that message the world would be a happier place. That would help on loads of individual levels because not expressing ourselves leads to mental health problems.
Everything that happens in life is like links in a chain. There’s thousands of links that make a hit song. I try to be the link in the chain and play the part I am supposed to play. Everything we do, big or small, it’s important. Always understand your own importance in whatever you do.
All of us we are not that different from an intellectual and a capability point of view. We are born more or less with roughly the same capabilities. It’s how we are nurtured that really matters when it comes to developing the superpowers.
You have to be fascinated with something, utterly obsessed. Find that thing you are obsessed with and become brilliant at it then use that skill to solve a problem that hasn’t been solved.
My personal phrase is: keep it moving. I have tried to commit suicide. It took me to realise that even though I wanted to end my life the world kept moving. The world doesn’t stop for anybody. If you stop, that’s when you choose to rob yourself of that potential. Pain is inevitable but suffering is optional. Don’t suffer, keep going, keep it moving.
We have to get out of the way we need to surrender and let it go, there is a myriad of possible ways that it could come to us and if we are holding tightly to one way it’s going to come to us that can also delay it. It takes forever and sometimes will never come. You have to find the magic spot where you can trust and let go.
What you are seeking is also seeking you. It comes so much faster the more you surrender. Then you are not limiting the way it can come to you.
The reality is that you can, given enough time and the right amount of energy, you can do anything. I almost feel responsible because I had the supportive role models so now I can be the supportive role model and say that you are good enough.
It may take longer because of who you are, how you were brought up and where you are, in a society that might not accept certain types of people. It might take longer but you will get there. You doing it will help people who are in your similar environment as well.
