Ah, summer; the season of BBQ, Love Island, and drinking your weight in rosé.

If you’re looking for a quick, healthy breakfast this August to whip up before your morning spin class, then we’d like to introduce you to this white tea peach smoothie.

With a ginger-y zing and plenty of citrus, it tastes like a tropical cocktail that’s actually good for you. Win-win.




  • 1⁄2 cup cold white tea*

  • 1⁄4 of an orange, juiced

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 peach

  • 1 tsp fresh ginger,



Blend with it all together with your best vibes and seize the day sip after sip. It will trick your brain and palate foreal!
