- Where's my order? -

Your order should arrive within the time frame of your chosen delivery method, which you can double check in your order confirmation email. You should also receive a tracking link in this email so check this out for any delivery updates.

If the delivery time frame has passed and you’ve still not received your items, please get in touch with us at mail@verifiedfearless.com.

 

- Can I amend my order after it's been placed? -

Your orders are printed on demand, once the order is placed there’s no possible amendment. Email us to mail@verifiedfearless.com with any further questions. 

 

- What do I do if my item is faulty? -

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or not as described. Please note that items which are damaged due to normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty and Verified Fearless has the right to refuse a refund on these grounds.

If your item is faulty, please do not dispose or amend your item(s). Please contact Customer Care on mail@verifiedfearless.com within 30 days of receipt along with your name, order number, and any images you can provide of the faulty item(s).

All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. Please note, if 30 days have expired then unfortunately, we are unable to accept your return.

- What do I do if I've received the wrong item? -

If you’ve received the wrong item in your order, please contact us at mail@verifiedfearless.com.com where a member of our customer service team will help you further.

 

- Can you tell me more information about your products? -

We work hard to include as much information about our products in our product descriptions on the product page, but if there’s something more specific you’d like to know please contact us at mail@verifiedfearless.com

 

- Shipping -

Our turnaround time is 2-5 working days, so your products will be dispatched within this period. In the unlikely case of a delay, we’ll contact you with an update to detail the delay and ask you how you'd like to proceed. 

 

- Estimated Time of Delivery -

UK: 3-5 working days 
Europe & US: 5-12 working days 
Rest of World: 7-31 working days 

 

- Packaging -

Our providers are using different types of packaging, which are cardboard boxes, plastic bags, polyethylene bags or mailing envelopes. Some products might require extra packaging to ensure protection during shipments. For example, the mugs are shipped in cardboard boxes with foam inserts.

 

- Returns and refunds -

Each product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept returns or exchanges.

If products are returned to us due to delivery failure we will contact you to let you know, and in some cases arrange redelivery. The shipping costs will need to be paid again in some cases. For more information please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy.  

 

- Care instructions for garments -

Machine wash: warm (max 40C or 105F); Non-chlorine: bleach as needed; Tumble dry: low heat; Iron, steam or dry: medium heat; Do not dry clean.
